After speaking with a number of previous customers we had every confidence in Jay's ability to do the job. In the demolition stage Jay would often suggest ideas which our architect hadn't put forward. He is extremely good at recognising ways to improve and optimise spaces. We felt he treated the project like it was his own home. Jay was well organised and fair with pricing. We are extremely happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

It was finished to a very high standard and very quickly considering there was so much to do Loft/Kitchen/Garage conversion. They were very professional throughout and nothing was ever a problem, they always had a solution for everything and were all very polite. I would say they are one in a million, both neighbours and BC were also very impressed as we were because they were so organised and they always had a big team onsite which was very pleasing to see. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to undertake building work. Great builders and great people!!!

Latest review:Loft Conversion-A very positive experience. We are not going to say everything was plain sailing. We got there in the end. Arick & Greg, the joiners were especially brilliant. Office communication could be improved at times and the office could be more pro-active. All of the others Duanne, Wesley and Rocky were great. There are a few things ourselves we have to do but now have a extra room in which to live and work. The guys put in long hours and put up with interruptions from our three dogs. Arick & Greg work incredibly hard and put in long hours ; much more then perhaps anyone else we have seen. It is always difficult dealing with things at a distance and we appreciate the office sorting things out when minor issues have arisen (we know they have changed some of their procedures because of us!). Overall it has been a very positive experience. Just glad that soon things will be completely finished and our new floor will no longer be like a building site. We believe we have added value to our house with the help of econoloft and our looking forward to moving in soon.
