He is one of them people that you feel like you have known him all your life. He is pleasant and very approachable. Paul is such a hard worker - who does not not stop from the moment he comes into your home until he leaves. What he says is exactly what he does. Very honest and reliable. The 2 lads that work for him are fantastic too with so much respect for the people they are working for. I can 100 percent say to pick Paul as I know he will do a fantastic job in the time scale that he gives you. He has not missed one day with us. We are sad to see him leave as he is just a genuine guy with a massive heart - we highly recommend this lovley man. His work is second to none and you will not be disappointed in the work he does. He has showed us his working profile with photos - absolutely phenomenal work he has carried out - along side our house. Latest review:Loft Conversion-Dwayne and his team were absolutely amazing to work with, fantastic communication, always showed up on time, left the house immaculate when they left in the evening. All of the guys were so lovely, we've had lots of work done in the house and they were the nicest to have around. Dwayne was great to help plan what we wanted with the loft, and everything we talked about he did above and beyond what we had hoped, the finish was incredibly professional. Could not recommend Dwayne enough!

Latest review:Central Heating-Very responsive, quick to reply to the post, quick to quote and to take the work on. Ben did a really great job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable , clean and tidy, even taking all the rubbish away with him. The new radiator looks great, is no longer leaking and my whole central heating system is working the best its worked for some time. I would highly recommend Ben and Rowla Construction Ltd.

Latest review:Joinery & Cabinet Making-Removal of 2 bedroom units (old/dated). Very efficient/tidy removal of units, placed new skirting board down and coving in sections alongside skimming over parts of wall/ceiling. Not a plasterer by trade, but very pleased with the outcome of both bedrooms. Completed work quick but very professional finish too.
I HIRED ANDY TO RENDER SIDE & BACK OF MY HOUSE. THE PRICE WAS FAIR . ALL STARTED WELL , IS LABOUR DAVE WAS VERY HARD WORKING DOING MOST OF THE WORK. WHEN ANDY TURNED UP TO PUT THE COATS OF RENDER ON THE BACK , THERE WAS AFEW MISSES & A WAVE GOING FROM ON END TO THE OTHER. WHEN HE DONE SIDE WALL AGAIN THERE WAS MISSES , NOT ONLY THAT BUT THROUGH OUT HE LEFT THE PLACE UNTIDY . DID NOT PUT THE DOWN PIPE BACK ,DID NOT REPLACED THE BROCKEN TILES , DID NOT REPLACE BROCKEN STEP, DID NOT PUT THIRD COAT ONE LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD . AFTER TELLING ANDY ABOUT ALL THE SAID ABOVE, IS REPLY WAS IT WILL COST ME TO PUT IT RIGHT. SO MUCH FOR THE AGREED PRICE FOR THE WORK UNDERTAKEN. NOT VERY HAPPY BECAUSE IT COST ME MORE MONEY TO GET A NOTHER BUILDER IN TO FIX IS MESS , WOULD NOT RECOMMED HIM.
