John was really fantastic. He communicated very well at all times, turned up when he said he would, (same day). He was polite, helpful and very professional and efficient time-wise with what he did. He very quickly worked out what the issues were with my various doors and managed to sort out all 4 of my external locks successfully - he replaced 2, and upgraded another, and sorted out various jamming and alignment problems with the doors themselves. He also charged me a very reasonable price for all. Very happy. Would highly recommend him, especially if you are looking for a local Locksmith and you live in Bristol or the surrounding areas.
