My first impression of him was good and he was very professional throughout. He quickly diagnosed the problem and stated that he thought he could repair the damage to the lock on my patio door without the need for replacement parts. He was as good as his word. Colin did a fantastic job. Had an issue with uPVC patio door jammed shut. A previous engineer has tried the day before but was not able to solve the issues. Colin gave a transparent price and was able to come the same day. He was punctual and had all the right tools and parts. The issue was very tricky but Colin is clearly very experienced. He methodically worked out what the issue was and how to resolve it. It was very tricky, but Colin was persistent and done a great job. All fixed, without causing any damage, he had the part that was needed. Would definitely recommend and use again. He done all of this in tricky conditions with the heat. Thanks Colin!
