SJ Maintenance and Carpentry Hi, I’m Shay, the owner of SJ Maintenance and Carpentry. I take pride in providing reliable, high-quality carpentry and property maintenance services with an honest, friendly approach. I’m fully qualified with a Level 3 NVQ in Carpentry and have experience carrying out a wide range of first and second fix carpentry work. Whether you need new skirting boards, architraves, internal doors fitted, stud walls built, or locks, handles, latches and door closers installed, I always aim to complete every job to a high standard with great attention to detail. I also fit kitchens and carry out general carpentry improvements to help make the most of your home or property. Alongside carpentry, I offer a range of general maintenance and handyman services. This includes repairs, replacing damaged fixtures and fittings, making good after works, plasterboarding, and light metal stud work.
