James And Martin have done a excellent job on our kitchen/utility. 10/10 could not recommend enough. They overcome issues from the kitchen supplier due to a damaged part and were able to repair it during the the fit saving us the delay of having no kitchen for another week. They also worked through some more complicated sections of the kitchen which were more bespoke due to a lower ceiling section. I was updated throughout the 5days with what progress was been made and we discussed areas of concern before diving into it. Arrived on time and kept to the original timeframe and quote. Always cleaned up at the end of the each day.

Really regret hiring Gavin as i am now left out of pocket to the amount of £260 because of him! After an hour of him finally finishing the kitchen, the pipes started leaking! He then didnt want to come back and i had to pay an emergency plumber to rectify the issue. Gavin then said he would reimburse me for this which now he has kept on making excuses and even come to point of calling me a N*b. Ive never come across a tradesman so unprofessional! To start with he didnt turn up on the day he said he would, so the wife had wasted a day off for this. The days that he did come he would only turn of for a few hours! Now i get that there was an issue with the wall being uneven, which was my builders fault but gavin quoted the amount to have this rectified and we were happy to pay. Again he quoted an amount to have the sink waste pipe hole drilled and the extractor hole drilled.he even managed to hit a pipe when drilling the hole for the waste! HE IS ALSO NOW THREATENING ME!!!!

Mohammed and his business partner took on our kitchen refresh which involved modifying base units, installing a wine cooler and replacing all of our worktops. We were delighted with the end result! The price for the work was competitive and they both worked very hard, completely the job in one day over nearly 12 hours! They tided and cleaned up everything afterwards and left all of the bits which needed tipping neatly in our garage. Communication was clear and the whole project went very smoothly. Would highly recommend and will certainly consider using them again if we need any help with any larger carpentry work.
