For five years, I honed my skills as a bricklayer before branching out to partner with a groundworks company, broadening my expertise. Later, I teamed up with a crew of general builders, where my trade skills really took off. That experience sparked the confidence to take on private projects, and soon after, Weekes Building Solutions was born. Starting out wasn’t without its challenges—new ventures always bring a bit of a buzz and some jitters—but looking back after 10+ years, it’s hands-down the best move I ever made.
