We really liked Jason from the very start. He was clearly very knowledgable in managing this type of work and we immediately felt that we could trust him with our project. The quotation we received was very competitive and the work commenced very quickly. Throughout the actual work Jason was found to be prompt and reliable and kept us informed fully throughout the work. Jason dealt with Building Control and helped us navigate the process. The work was completed to a high level of craftsmanship and Jason’s attention to detail was a real plus, especially when matching the brickwork on the front of the house which was first class. The garage is now a living space exactly what we wanted and perhaps better than we imagined. We highly recommend Jason for conversions / extensions and will certainly recommend him to friends and family should they have any required building works.

So if you 20-30 miles up the road we still consider this local . When you short list us , we are charged a fee . We pay fee and expect to be given the opportunity to quote. If you are not actually looking for the work to be done or haven’t purchased the property, please don’t shortlist us. We can not afford to pay Leeds because you just curious, or just to know a price .

To answer your response :The original delay was due to a mix up on the company's part - the workman hitting his head came much later while work was being carried out on my bathroom. I was promised a start before last Christmas and instead work started in January, but that was nothing to do with an accident - it was an oversight on the company's part. Two different incidents have been mixed up and reported inaccurately. The blocked toilet should not have broken so quickly - I have now had to call plumbers out 4 times since it was installed due to it backing up. I never had this problem with my previous toilet. Two plumbers have now said it wasn't installed properly. Not only that, they had to rip off and break the tiles to get to the toilet because the tiles were glued too tightly around the toilet. To say that I should have been charged for your call out is laughable - I spent thousands on a substandard system which has broken down yet again this week and have spent hundreds since.

The team at Palm replaced all of our timber weatherboarding with Cedral cladding (I found them via the Cedral website). Joey was amazing to deal with right from the start. He turned a quote around fast, it was clear and competitive. His team arrived when they said they would, they worked incredibly hard and to a very high standard. I have extensive experience of bathroom and kitchen fitting, including wetrooms and showers. I will handle a job from ripping out to final finish decorating to a high standard, with contacts in all relevant trades such as plastering, electrics and plumbing. Something that bothers me about the building trade in general is the lack of attention to detail and finishing, I use only the best materials and make sure that every part of the job is done properly, from beginning to end, this may take a little longer but ensures that the end result lasts. All my work is guaranteed and I have full public liability insurance, I normally work by referral only rather than advertising and using this platform is an experiment for me. For anyone looking for someone who can trim and fit oak doors to a very high standard, Tom is your guy. We were in a bit of a hurry and he was able to fit us in, carrying out the job quickly and efficiently, with no mess left behind. Despite our Victorian door frames, Tom trimmed and fitted the doors perfectly, and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality door-fitting work!!
