Initial thoughts: they were affable and highly flexible. Mum (whose flat it was) took to them, hence they were hired. I only started having concerns when we asked them to take on a bathroom replacement. It became glaringly obvious that they didn't have the skills to do the job, so we contracted someone else for this. The work is 'ok', but there are some obvious issues that they are refusing to rectify. Apparently I'd been rude, but leaving screws poking through units, not having backing boards fixed correctly, and poorly fitted ceiling trims aren't exactly issues that make one want to be the most amicable....photos attached. On 23/02, Mum used the washing machine for the first time since it was installed, and it flooded the kitchen. These clowns didn't have the decency to answer the phone and Mum had to get a local plumber to fix their error! Avoid at all costs, or pay the price! I will add MS Word screenshots if anyone has any queries. Happy to answer them.
