Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

Tiled kitchen floor unfortunately didn’t go to plan. However, I would give this company credit for trying they returned twice more to replace cracking grout. Floor should have been fully boarded prior to tiling and was only partially boarded. At more expense to us we have had to physically remove all tiles and had the floor fully boarded and re floored without any further issues. Despite issues raised Company given 3 stars because during the problems they were very supportive and they tried to rectify the issues.

He built bespoke shelves for our cupboards; created bespoke shelving for an alcove in the home office; and built wall panels and dado railing across our hallway/ staircase and throughout the bathroom. He was extremely professional, has a lovely manner, and as responsive and efficient throughout and worked diligently to achieve an excellent quality just the way we had hoped. Demeintas, the project lead, was rude and difficult to work with on a full kitchen refit. His dad was a lot more professional to work with, but did not make up for the bad experience and installation overall. AJD did not complete the work to the agreed standard, and have since failed to show up to complete snagging once payment was made as per their aggressive Ts&Cs. This includes a non level quartz worktop installation, under cabinet lighting that stopped working within 2 months, and a wonky plug socket installation. I picked them on the basis of having lots of good reviews, and a registered company number. However, my experience with them was very different. I really would recommend avoiding, little better than cowboys. I'm contemplating further action against them.
