I'm very pleased with the fitting of my new kitchen worktops . The job did take longer than expected but this was due to a badly warped length & a discrepancy in the widths. Mr Rafailov was patient, hard working & professional. I did find him rather expensive but maybe I am out of touch with labour costs as we tend to do most DIY jobs ourselves.

Could not be happier with the work Andy did. With expert knowledge in his field, the worktop was fitted perfectly and at a very good price. Andy is friendly but professional and was respectful of property, tidying as he went. Even when we had a problem with our own supplier, he went out of his way to help; calling all his contacts to source the parts we were missing. Would 100% recommend and was glad to have find such a trustworthy and competent builder. Above and beyond.

Chris (and Ray) did a fantastic job for us - replacing a support steel, building out a new pier support, widening door and window openings ready for new doors, opening an exterior wall for a new side door, installing new lintels, changing downlight placement, installing a new stud wall with pocket door, moving radiator piping below floor level, chasing pipes into walls, moving sockets, plastering and fitting our kitchen, which included rearranging some plumbing. I am sure I’ve missed things out. He did so much. Chris is multi-skilled and nothing phases him. If you’re a bit nervous about having work done - don’t be. Chris knows how to do everything and he is so calm. He comes up with great ideas but also listens to what clients want. He takes the time to get things right. It was great having him (and Ray) work with us. They were such a pleasure to have around. We are incredibly pleased with the work. Competitive pricing - bill in line with quote. Thanks so much Chris.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Hiring this builder was the worst mistake. I initially contacted him for kitchen cabinets, and after visiting my property he said he could also do flooring and other work. He gave me a quote and we agreed on two payments. Somehow this turned into five payments — and even after all that, his work is still incomplete. Every step was a struggle. Instead of providing solutions, his favorite line was “I can’t do this.” For every problem, he only came up with excuses, never fixes. I had to come up with solutions myself, and even then he refused. He claimed to have experience with IKEA kitchens, but later contradicted himself and made it clear he had no idea what he was doing. The quality of the little he did complete is poor, and the rest he just abandoned. To make matters worse, he kept pressuring me for the final payment before finishing his job, and even threatened that he would “get the money one way or another.” Completely unprofessional.
