We're very happy with the work Jim did for us in retiling and refitting the shower in our guest room which had been botched by the builders and was leaking. Jim conducted the initial survey quickly and talked us through all aspects of the job and what he planned to do, and he kept us informed of progress throughout. He also ended up replacing a leaking shower valve which we hadn't originally planned for, but this did not impact the timescales or the price of the job. His attention to detail is superb and we are over the moon with the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend Jim and are planning on having him back to do some further work for us. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to express how pleased I am that we hired VION to fit our new kitchen (including appliances) and re-build and tile the floor. Ihor was quick to come out to look at the job and provided a fair estimate and clear expectation of the timings involved – both of which he stuck to. He and Vlad started the next morning and I couldn’t be more impressed – they are both incredibly polite and friendly, hardworking, tidy, respectful of my neighbours and show a real passion and care for the quality of their work! Additionally, they were always willing to be flexible when the job required it to remain on-track, working weekends and even helping me to collect my kitchen from the supplier’s warehouse when they failed to deliver it on time. They have an excellent attention to detail and always came well prepared for the day’s work ahead. Ihor drew on his experience throughout the job and was forthcoming in making a number of helpful suggestions / amendments to my build plans. He also maintained excellent communications at all times and I found him to be very trustworthy – so much so that I was happy to let the works continue during a period where I was out of the country. Overall, I am delighted with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to hire Ihor and Vlad again for our future build works. They are a rare find and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again to VION for an excellent job!

It was not a straight forward kitchen replacement as we had already got the kitchen units from a previous property but with Adrian's smart thinking we where able to re-use almost all of the kitchen units we had.
