Can't thank Ian and his able assistant Jack enough for a job well done. We presented Ian with a second hand kitchen to replace an in place kitchen. A jigsaw puzzle without the picture springs to mind. How he has managed to fit it all in and provide us with more storage than we had before I don't know ! Even with some transport issues we were kept incredibly informed and the job was done with a minimum of fuss....just an occasional cup of tea here and there. Brilliant job and not an ounce of mess, which was a significant worry, but amazing...all dusted and wiped down at the end of each days work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mainly Maintenance ...in fact we have them coming back in a couple of months for more work

Sam did an excellent job fixing our hot water boiler. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and keen to resolve the problem. He kept me informed throughout whilst waiting for parts, going above and beyond to research the water heater system. He was flexible with arranging schedules for repair and worked efficiently with care and respect for our home. This was a large conversion project for us which took 9 weeks to complete and Alan and his team completed it earlier than expected to a good standard. The workmen especially Toby & Andy were a pleasure to have around the place. It was difficult at times as they were working in my home and there was a great deal of disruption, as you would expect, but they all tried their best to keep the disturbance to a minimum and especially made an effort to work around our cats and dogs. The electricians were wonderful lads and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you to Alan and his extensive team.

Paul and Martin were excellent every step of the way. Polite, honest, sincere, hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, friendly. They did everything they said they'd do to a very high standard of workmanship, on time, at the price they quoted (no "extras") with no hassles whatsoever. They put up with my amendments without complaint. I can't recommend these guys enough. They were superb. The price they quoted was competitive and worth every penny.
