I recently used Gerti for a full kitchen refurbishment, him and his team were excellent. The project ran into (inevitable) problems but Gerti was always prepared with solutions. He was helpful and consultative throughout the whole process. The project was finished in good time and to the budget. On top of that he is a lovely guy, and will always go the extra mile on the small things. I would have no problem recommending Gerti to anyone and already plan to use him for more work in the house.

AWESOME PLUMBER! Kieran responded quickly and offered a quote. He arrived as agreed and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job fitting the radiator. The pipe work was very cleanly soldered. It was very clear to see that he had extensive knowledge and experience. The radiator looks great! Daniel did a great job in installing a gas hob in a new worktop and oven. He was very flexible when I asked him to do more work than originally planned. He moved breakfast bar and also fitted a new pantry. Daniel and his brother cleaned before they left. They also helped me move out an unwanted furniture. I will definitely have Daniel back to do more work in my flat.

We booked Roman and his team to fit our kitchen and retile the floor. Roman, Alex and Sergei were really professional from the start. He provided us with an itemised quote and was the only builder out of six quotes who did this. The quote was also provided within 24 hours, again the only builder to do this. Other builders also didn’t provide the correct quote or missed items we had asked for. Roman was miles ahead of all of his competition. His quote was also very competitive with other builders. The team turned up right on time, every day, without fail. They were friendly, positive, clean, tidy and polite. Nothing was too much of an issue. We had multiple measuring errors from our kitchen supplier (nothing to do with Roman) and he sorted everything out, including multiple trips to buy replacement parts, and even building us bespoke kitchen units to fill gaps that would otherwise look odd against the new kitchen. We highly recommend Roman and his team for any building work.

Didn’t return to finish the job, respond to calls or messages in response to finishing the job. Sadly wouldn’t hire Ovi & Mihai (O&C) again. Friendly & responsive initially. Worked well, on time, eager to please, did a good job - not perfect but adequate, average attention to detail but corrected when asked. We initially had a faux chimney put in, they touted for more work & provided alcove shelving/cabinet ideas which we subsequently hired them for. They worked intermittently (dad around for first half of job then left for Romania) as this was agreed as best for both parties. However they left the job incomplete once paid (were paid on time, each time, with no bargaining). Didn’t respond to texts or calls, leaving cabinet doors unfinished, large chips & cracks unfilled. Laminate was also poorly cut around hearth stone, left chimney cutout unfinished with no cement to the base. Lack of respect and wouldn’t hire again as cannot trust they won’t disappear. Note previous reviews.
