Lee converted our property from a 4-bedroom house into a 6-bedroom HMO, and he did an amazing job while keeping to the agreed 6-month timeline. Lee and his team delivered on every expectation at every stage of the project, which included a loft dormer conversion and a rear extension. They also completed six en-suite bathrooms, a new kitchen, a full rewire, plastering throughout, plumbing, joinery works, damp-proofing works, and installed new fire escape windows throughout the property. Lee managed the entire process professionally and ensured everything was signed off by Building Control. Hired for a kitchen fit, was promising to begin with but a disaster afterwards. Long story short- Installed units in the wrong place and cut the worktop too short as a result, then left the work unfinished and whilst new parts got delivered. Tiling job was left despite bringing different tilers to measure and quote, and then finally refused to come back when we threatened legal action. In the end it cost an additional £3000 over the original quote to get the kitchen finished, and one of the cabinets had fallen off the wall. Kitchen sink still leaking as wasn’t sealed off with silicone. Guys were lovely tho, but did a shocking job, avoid if you don’t want a mess. Oh, and I also had to pay an external plumber to connect up the dishwasher and sink, and gas engineer for hob even though it was all supposed to be in the final price for kitchen fitting. Normally the fitter arranges all but not here.

I am very disappointed with the standard of the painting and wallpapering work that has been carried out. There are several holes in the walls that have not been filled before painting, which has left the finish looking poor. In addition, the wallpaper has not been hung properly, as the pattern does not match up correctly and the seams are clearly visible in multiple areas. I have also noticed that the light fixture has been left loose, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about the quality of the workmanship overall. I expected the work to be completed to a professional standard, and unfortunately this has not been the case. I would appreciate it if you could arrange to inspect the issues and advise how and when they will be rectified. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
