My journey went like this on my builder. 1st decorator booked to assess the work and didn't show up with no explanation given. The 2nd decorator arrived on time to assess the work and left me feeling doubtful so I declined. The 3rd decorator named Gary arrived on time. Was very attentive and informative around the work what had to be done, touching the walls and ceiling whilst assessing. I was confident that decorator no.3 "Gary" was the person for the job. The morning for the work to start Gary arrived promptly and rearing to go. The work was carried out professionally and Gary took pride in his work and enjoyed admiring his work of art more so pleasing the customer. The work was completed in the time frame Gary set. The walls, skirting, door frame, windowsill and radiators all have the look I envisioned. Gary employed a act of effciency, respect and transparency. I reccommend Gary 100%. Tip Gary cleans up nicely when the work is done.

I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Magic Finishing. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, painted all touched areas, and also retrofitted the outhouse.

John was a star. There were a few hiccups - missing instructions and so on - but he handled them with aplomb. He suggested fixes to problems, worked incredibly hard, was always cheerful and chipper, and built a beautiful kitchen. I am very impressed and have no hesitation whatsoever recommending John.

I had ongoing problem with my heating and hot water system, which was quite complicated.I contacted several well-known companies and I have spent a considerable amount of money, but none of them were able to identify or fix it . A friend recommended Mansour from heat input plumbers ,and I am very happy he did. Mansour spent almost half of a day carefully diagnosing the system,and successfully fixed the problem that others could not. I deliberately waited some time before writing this review to make sure everything working correctly. I am pleased to say that heating and hot water system has been operating perfectly ever since. Mansour is knowledgeable, professional,patient and clearly takes pride in his work. We had the pleasure to hire Lubo and his team to work on our kitchen. Skilled professional tradesmen within his team: from the carpenter, electrician, etc… everyone was ponctual , sociable and hard working. Great team to have for this job in our home. The task wasn't easy has we have asked to recycle some existing feature in the kitchen we had. Ludo's team has work very hard in following every requirement we needed. Every evening, Lubo will pop in the flat and check if the job was ok to move to the next one. Pre-work, lubo also has given his time to answer to all our questions. We had great advices to help us to choose what could feet in our new kitchen. We are very pleased with the result and we will hire back this company to do more work in our home.
