AWESOME PLUMBER! Kieran responded quickly and offered a quote. He arrived as agreed and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job fitting the radiator. The pipe work was very cleanly soldered. It was very clear to see that he had extensive knowledge and experience. The radiator looks great! They were great. My new kitchen is fantastic. We chatted before the work started, what was going to happen when, when we needed to get things delivered (kitchen, flooring, taps, lights, fridge, paint etc etc). They kept to the timetable and delivered the project perfectly. They kept me informed when they faced issues (hidden lead pipes that needed tackling, dodgy electrics etc), we worked through the issues as they arose. They even came in and worked a Saturday to catch up time after the plaster took longer to dry because of the cold weather. They were friendly, smiley and they kept an eye out for my inquisitive cats who wanted to help out. They built a temporary barrier to keep the dust at bay and tidied up every night so living amongst the chaos was doable. I have another couple of smaller jobs needing doing and I will be calling them back in. They were skilled at their work and were reasonably priced too. They are now replacing next door's kitchen after I recommemded them.

Original timeline stretched a bit due to his other jobs but this was fine. Mario started work early and finished early which suited us. He came to visit and we agreed a price at the start and he stuck to it even when he realised some additional plumbing would be needed. He was honest about some accidental damage. Attention to detail is good and he has all the kit. I would have given 5 stars- he's a proper professional and I enjoyed working with him. 3 stars only because as soon as the work was done he became incommunicado (I messaged a week later to ask how to lift door which had dropped down a few mm on fridge). The warranty advertised is one of the reasons I went with MGB which was £200 more expensive than contenders so this was disappointing. I would have asked him to do my parents' new kitchen too otherwise.

I can’t recommend him highly enough, in just three days, he identified and resolved my bathroom leak that could easily have become a much bigger issue. He took the time to thoroughly investigate where the water was coming from, clearly explained his findings and advised on the most sensible next steps before carrying out the work. From start to finish, his work ethic was exceptional. He arrived promptly at 8am every day and worked through until 6:00pm without a single complaint, no matter how demanding or time-consuming the job became. His efficiency was impressive but what stood out even more was the quality of the finish - the bathroom now looks brand new again. Professional, hardworking and meticulous in his standards, he delivered outstanding results in a very short timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing reliable, high-quality building work
