Michael Panting completed the 2nd fix to our 2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension in January 2022, the work involved a garage, bedroom and on suite bathroom to the side and a large kitchen/family room with utility room to the rear of the property. All the carpentry work was finished to a very high standard with Mike consulting with us every step of the way to help create a dream kitchen to our rear extension. To say Mike went above and beyond in his work would be an understatement, a carpenter by trade but fully competent in all aspects of building work became apparent the further he got into finishing the extension. I highly recommend this guy to anyone who is looking for any type of building work needing to be done, five stars, ten out of 10, thank you Mike.

He really took the time to make several recommendations and so I decided to go ahead with him to design my kitchen fully and fit it. WARNING – DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER He originally quoted £1700 to complete the job but started making excuses after receiving the first £500 payment. After that, all I got were empty promises with phrases like "Inshallah" and "Wallahi" — which I find deeply disrespectful when used to cover up dishonesty. He never completed the job, left holes unfixed, and ran off. Another project was given directly to him (he insisted it not go through MyBuilder), which turned out to be a big mistake. He is not trustworthy and clearly does not have the proper skills. He damaged plasterboard and screeding, and when I asked who would fix it, he simply shrugged and said he didn’t know. I've attached screenshot evidence of our texts. Be extremely cautious — if you hire him, you may lose your money and be left with a mess.

Dean managed to secure his team to complete my kitchen fitting at relatively short notice, and in a timely manner. The pricing was competitive. I was very pleased with the fitting and also the very pleasant attitude of Matt & Gary the fitters. Both Matt & Gary when above my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean & his team.

Jez was engaged to replace a broken interceptor trap in our sewer pipe through a small chamber in our drive. He arrived promptly, explained clearly what was involved and took photos of the problem area and throughout the repair. I was very impressed with his professional and friendly attitude, with his in-depth knowledge of all things relating to sewers, and his adherence to health and safety issues throughout. He took great care in aligning the new pipe with the old and in sealing the pipe, all within the tight confines of the chamber. Always cheerful, he cleaned everything afterwards, and the invoice was slightly less than the original estimate. I can thoroughly recommend Jez for his workmanship, honesty, reliability and ability to explain in detail what was required and why. The price charged was reasonable for the difficult work undertaken in confined and unpleasant surroundings.
