I could not recommend Mark more highly. He and his team have just spent three weeks working at my brother's house. Mark diagnosed and solved a leaking roof problem, installed a new kitchen, and re-designed and installed a new bathroom. My brother suffers from autism and because I do not live locally, Mark and and his lads were left to work independently and without much management. They did a great job. Mark phoned or texted most days with progress reports. During the project his boys were courteous and considerate of my brother and his needs and treated him respectfully. When they came across problems Mark solved them quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The kitchen and bathroom now look lovely and his price was very competitive. I'm extremely pleased. A very positive experience.

Gary made contact very promptly and when he did, he was so professional. He arranged to come round to the house on the same day and provided an extremely competitive quote. He then offered to get the job done the following day, a Saturday. He arrived on time as discussed and was polite and straight to it. He has left the house tidy, the jobs I needed done were perfectly executed and he even helped me with a few other jobs I needed doing too. Honestly fantastic service and would recommend Gary to anyone.

James was amazing! We had lots of unexpected issues with our house (including the need to put an RSJ in) that James accomodated and was really helpful with. He was extremely flexible, gave us advice when we needed to purchase items that we weren't sure about, and the work looks amazing. We're really happy with everything. Would definitely hire again :)

Five stars somehow doesn't feel like enough for Ionut, who did an absolutely incredible job on my kitchen. I have a lot to say, so, if you don't want to read a long review, just read this bit: hire him. He is amazing. If you want more details, here they are... After a year of renovations, and working with many different builders, he was the best by a long, long way. - His work is meticulous. He will execute your vision exactly as you want, but he has a great eye for detail, will suggest things you never thought of, and complete everything to a very high standard. He has great design taste. - He is adaptable, and worked around all of the inevitable curve balls that came with renovating my old and poorly put together kitchen. Every issue he responded to with "no problem", and he never came to me with an issue that he hadn't thought of multiple solutions to. - I thought he was very fairly priced. He never sprung surprise costs on me, and he tried to save money wherever he could, even going so far as to do IKEA returns himself when we had unneeded materials. - He treated my home like his own - he was neat, tidy, cleaned everything, broke nothing, left my place better than he found it. - His communication is excellent. He always responded to me quickly, told me exactly what he was doing, arrived on time. I always knew where he was and what he was doing, which means a lot when you have someone else in your home. Sometimes working with builders, you feel like you are one of three jobs they have on at the moment. I never felt like that. - ...and to top it all off, he is a lovely guy. Overall, I cannot recommend him enough. If you are deciding between Ionut and someone else for a job, I can promise you this: he is better. I cannot recommend him enough.

Lucian & his team did a great job with my bathroom/toilet, so I invited them to give me a quote for kitchen.His quote was fair, he explained clearly how they would proceed and the time scale involved.Lucian is a man of his word. I found him easy to get along with, he is a very positive, polite and respectful person. Everyday they turned up on time and they were always happy.These guys really enjoy their work and delivered a very high standard of workmanship throughout the whole refurbishment. Even when they came across dilemmas such as kitchen planner measuring incorrectly their ingenuity was amazing, they came up with a way to make it work. I really appreciate the way they valued and asked for my opinions of the way I wanted certain things to be done like design style of tiles on the wall, I wasn't sure so they showed me several designs and let me choose. Lucian and his team are perfectionists, and very organised in the way that they work. Would highly recommend them.

Needed a back door install tidied up from a previous owner, before getting my new kitchen installed. Job was done quickly, for a good price and most importantly, to a high standard. He was even willing to go out of his way to pick up the keys from my dad before heading to the property.
