Adrian and his team were reliable, punctual and detailed with their work. Finish was great. Touched up the paint in surrounding walls due to dust and marks from the ceiling. slightly pricier than other quotes we received but we felt at ease with Adrian so went ahead.

Danny and his team at Clear Property Management SE Ltd recently completed the plumbing on our extension. We can not fault the excellent service that they provided us. CPM were best in their field from design/layout right through to final fix. The team were extremely professional and tidy at every stage of the install. We had a new boiler installed, extended pipe work for new radiators, moved the bathroom from the back of the house to the front, had a new en-suite, new cloakroom and had underfloor heating installed. We were extremely pleased with the level of detail and attention that the guys had and could not be happier with the outcome of our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Danny and his team at Clear Property Management to anyone who was having plumbing work done, they have really provided at top quality service and will be 100% using them for any future work.

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

Absolutely terrible experience & poor workmanship The only thing that this guys was worried about it’s the money , 0 f….k given about the quality. He build 2.5m tall sliding doors on 12mm mdf board & when I warned him that this door it’s not ok like this , it will bend over quickly, he’s reply was : no once it’s painted it will get stronger. What a joke what a cowboy. Now the doors on the other wardrobes are bend over & I’ve been trying to get this sorted asap, by trying to get this sorted , but this guy seems like has no intention to get back to me. I’ve given him time until the end of the week , If he don’t get back to me , I ll be left with no choice by take legal actions Be careful before you decide to work with this guy , I’m not saying that they’re not good , but I wouldn’t recommend.

We had an extension for a dining room built years ago and decided we would like to have the kitchen knocked into it. This entailed knocking down half the wall of the kitchen which was actually the back wall of the house and putting in steel supports. As well as having the wall knocked down we had a false ceiling in the kitchen and on the walls to cover the pipes that were everywhere from the heating system. We also had a complete new kitchen, which Simon fitted and was involved with right from the start, meeting the designer and making sure everything fitted. This also included new flooring throughout.I cannot praise Simon enough, he gave us a quote and that is what it was, he was there everyday and never let us down and a big plus his work was methodical and always tidy, always cleared up. I had no qualms about giving Simon a key to the house. We are so pleased with the kitchen/dining room and pleased we found Simon.
