It's a great pleasure and a relief when you appoint workmen to a job and you come home to find the work they have done is superb quality. I appointed IPS to the job because I trusted them. They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. I wanted a new kitchen that would look really good and maximise the utility of the space that I had. Rom advised on what was possible and suggested improvements to what I initially envisioned. He helped me to get a good deal on the furniture and appliances and how to keep costs (including his fee) low. The result was brilliant and still looks contemporary today (10 years on). I have subsequently employed Rom to fit a new bathroom, hardboard the loft, install a new boiler and create bespoke storage units. His skill set is broad (carpentry, plumbing, gas fitting, painting among others) but is as deep, if not deeper, then many specialists which means that he can bring to your job skills and experience that few tradespeople can offer. He is completely trustworthy and very reliable. He is considerate and respects your home as if it was his. He takes considerable pride in his work which may mean that he might not be a quick finishing your job as other tradespeople but, in my view, this is a cost worth incurring. I recommend Rom without hesitation.

Really happy with the friendly service and contact before the job and on the day. Professional and efficient and explained everything required on the day (and didn't make us feel silly for being a bit clueless!). I am really impressed with the service I received from this company. I initially thought there was a leak in my bathroom, but they were able to identify the issue in my bedroom which was caused by a problem with the radiator. The team was very professional and honest throughout the entire process. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends.

My job had finished last week and i have to say i am very pleased. The team was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Advised me, and sent links for things i need to buy or choose from. They worked about 10 hours a day and finished the job fairly quickly, but they didn't rush the things that need to be done right, so did not compromise on quality. They have very high standards, replaced the floor as it was a bit damp from previous bathtub leaks, and put up new walls. Basically they've build my bathroom from scratch. I never suspected my outdated and quite small bathroom can look so good! It's now a lot more functional as well, as Andrew and his team helped me to rearrange the bathroom to make the most of the space i had. All in all, if you hire them (and you really should) you won't be disappointed. I know i will hire them again for any work i'm gonna need doing.

Once again thanks for coming out and doing the job. Danny was very polite and punctual. Turned up when he said he would and did the job to a very high standard. No part of the job was an issue and even fitted the appliances back. Fantastic finish and can tell the attention to detail is like no other. Once the job was complete he showed me the work, no cover ups, no fast exits. Also cleaned up after himself which is good to see. Once again thanks, should be more tradespeople like you.

Luke was fantastic. He quoted us the job and broken down the price so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He started the job the very next day once we confirmed. He arrived promptly each morning and left each evening at approx 5pm. He is very hard working and completed the job to a high standard considering he was picking up another bathroom fitters unfinished and botched up job. He said the job would take 5 days and it ran slightly over but considering the big job and Luke working on his own we expected him to go over. We were without a functioning bathroom for over 3 months, Luke completed the job within a week and we are all loving the finish he achieved. Thanks Luke. We highly recommend Luke, he is friendly, honest and open and more importantly trustworthy.
