It wasn’t an easy job, though might seem so on the description. The new kitchen units were not matching the old ones, many pipes along the wall, not enough material to fill the gaps, etc. But nothing was too hard or impossible for Danny. He is clearly very experienced craftsman with exceptional customer care skills. It was a real pleasure to deal with Danny and I don’t think this job could have been done any better. David was very knowledgeable, helpful and skilled in all the various tasks he carried out for us. Dave fitted and hang cupboard doors, lay a bedroom laminate floor and mended some old furniture. David was punctual, responsive and tidy. Will use again if we need anything similar or more complicated carpentry done.

Tomasz is one of the best tradesman we've ever dealt with. He's very professional, honest and reasonable with his pricing. We intially wanted him to fit a new kitchen and a bathroom, but he was so good, we asked him for a full house renovation. He completed kitchen, bathroom, cloak room removal and fitting and plumbing. Knocked down a wall, plastered walls, built an ensuite, fitted flooring (wood and tiling), fitted ceiling (previous one had to be removed professionally because of asbestos) but he happily fitted all our ceilings back. Transformed our stairs and fitted all our doors, including our main door. There isn't a task Tomasz can't do professionally, if he can't he will tell you and has a list of other trusted tradesmen. I can definitely recommend him and will hire him again for any work that needs doing. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends for various jobs. He is keen on finishing a job 100 percent and to our satisfaction. We blindly trust him. Thank you Tomasz!

I used the firm's services to build an extension. Darek himself seems to be a hardworking and reliable individual. Problem is - he surrounded himself by some not very professional people, including close family members, who make things much worse for him. The other problem was that most of his team members do not seem to have much loyalty to the firm and are ready to jump to a different job any time. We had a terrible delays with our project and some things we had to completely re-do using 3rd party services. If you can ensure Darek is 100% committed to your job - could be a good project, if not - please await problems (just like I had)...

Cyrus has completed a fantastic new en-suite for me, he had to raise a floor and install a saniflow unit too. Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

Decent builders but with extremely poor communication skills. First the good points: 1. They are good at internal finishes 2. They create and use a Statement of Work (SOW) to track all costs of the project, so there were no major surprises in the project 3. They are friendly and hard workers - who arrive on time Gotbath UK Ltd used subcontractors to build us a 6 meter rear extension. Although they had an in-house architect, they did not know the law around boundaries which resulted in a conflict with our neighbours. After spending hundreds on hiring a boundary surveyor, the initial wall had to be re-built within our boundary. Gotbath did not take any responsibility for the wrong information they provided to us regarding boundaries and charged us for the rebuild. When discussing how to finish the inside of the extension, GotBath were extremely slow in ordering supplies and in general responding to us, so we took matters into our own hands and ordered materials ourselves which were removed from the SOW provided to us. At the end of the project, finishes took a long time and required constant chasing. Final gas, electrical and warranty documents took a long time to reach us and required a lot of chasing too. I have very little confidence that GotBath will honour the warranty document they have provided to us. It's a shame because I can see GotBath have a lot of potential as a builder. However, their lack of communication has really let them down.

Dave did a fantastic job advising us on designing and installing the kitchen, new cabinets and quartz worktop, including installing new oven, gas hob, fridgefreezer and dishwasher. Dave put in a couple of additional power points and I could see that he is very experienced, he was prepared for all eventualities. They arrived every morning on time, delivered the project within budget, very professional team - and they made sure that my dog was safe at all times. I'm really pleased with the end result and can't wait to start using the new kitchen. Dave is now our go to person when we need work done around the home.
