Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

I was very, very happy with Dave's work. He did a lot for us and he is very polite and very helpful. I would say Dave is a very professional guy and have a very good team too. He got my job done to an excellent standard. For those extra jobs occoured during the work, Dave has given me a very good price and completed those to an high standard. We will defintely use Dave again for the next extension work. Highly recommended..

Haxhi and his team exceed my expectations. We did agree on a bathroom renovation which basically everything was done from scratch. He was always on time and he met the deadline of the project. I had an issue with my water pump but he managed to fix it for little cost. Also he did the tiles for me on the wall and floor with very minimum waste and he did a brilliant job. We changed the position of the basin in order to save space and we did replace it the washing machine(hidden). We are now working on my other property to renovate the bathroom. Hahxi is very professional, knows the job very well, he did coordinate with me on every step to make sure we are on the same page . I strongly recommend him for any renovation project you may have.

Gavin was superb from start to finish for my shower refurbishment. He visited to supply a quote very promptly and at short notice. I was immediately impressed, he is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Gavin suggested options I hadn't even considered - in fact, he came up with a brilliant solution to my problem. He recommended suitable parts and options. The job was completed ahead of schedule to a fantastic standard. I couldn't have been more delighted with the work! The final fitted shower looks stunning. Demeintas, the project lead, was rude and difficult to work with on a full kitchen refit. His dad was a lot more professional to work with, but did not make up for the bad experience and installation overall. AJD did not complete the work to the agreed standard, and have since failed to show up to complete snagging once payment was made as per their aggressive Ts&Cs. This includes a non level quartz worktop installation, under cabinet lighting that stopped working within 2 months, and a wonky plug socket installation. I picked them on the basis of having lots of good reviews, and a registered company number. However, my experience with them was very different. I really would recommend avoiding, little better than cowboys. I'm contemplating further action against them.

Marius did an amazing job refurbishing our kitchen. Work involved demolishing and getting rid of the existing ageing kitchen, fitting new flooring and electrics, building and fitting a new IKEA kitchen - including appliances - and general decorating. His professionalism, attention to detail and diligence on the job impressed us and he completed all work as promised. We were also very pleased with his commitment to the project, which had his sole focus, with Marius constantly on-hand to address our questions, and to ultimately complete the job on time and on budget. I would happily recommend him to friends, family and anyone needing a professional and details-orientated builder.

Proud build limited (Sebastian) did a full refurb on on my new 2 bed flat, it needed a lot of work as the property was not looked after at all, included the kitchen, there bathroom, new skirting, flooring I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to deliver tans exceed my expectations, his work was excellent and great detail on the finish touches, I revalued my property after the work and due to the excellent work my value went up by Nearly %30!!! really happy with the work and will 100% be using him again.
