He turn up when he said. Finish in the time he said he would, work tirelessly, very pleasant, respectful and helpful. He clean up after himself. He decorated one bed flat and laminated throughout. I will be using George again when I need work doing.

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

Chandra came to us recommended and his references checked out. When he arrived to provide a quote he was very thorough and explained the cost of all aspects of the work. He made suggestions of where work was necessary and unnecessary. His conduct throughout our build was professional and respectful . He kept us updated throughout and where additional costs were to be incurred he always checked well in advance and made suggestions of how to minimise them. He coordinated with other workmen without issue. Chandra finished his work to a high spec and payed attention to detail. It is clear he cares for his work and the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and have in fact used him repeatedly since. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from those I have recommended him to.

Romy’s communication and reliability from the outset was excellent. He listened to our ideas and was able to make recommendations to improve the work as the project progressed. When other trades people were brought in, i.e. tiler, these jobs were also completed to a very high standard. **Do Not Hire TUNGSTEN MAINTENANCE** I have paid these guys over £13.000 to repair my KITCHEN & WETROOM for my disabled mother. Originally the work started ok, Pieter had a skilled person who was very good, but he went away on holiday. I was very clear to Pieter of TUNGSTEN MAINTENANCE about the quality of materials and work I wanted. Pieter promised me the material will be an A or B grade, It was meant to be 14 days job, but it has taken 2 months and Pieter walked off the job, leaving my family in DISTRESS . The material used in KITCHEN I paid nearly £4.000 for Marble top and floor tiles, The marble began to stain after 2 weeks, and the floor tiles have got holes in already DEFECTIVE MATERIAL. I Paid £1.350 to get the kitchen floor right, so the marble tiles would be 100% level. Pieter insisted that I pay that to get the job done right. The floor is uneven, and he never grouted. When he fitted the sink in the bathroom, he did not fix the pipes correctly and there was a flood in our kitchen. I also instructed a boiler cupboard to be fitted, this was done awfully with shed hinges attached to the outside of the door. When I questioned these issues he walked off the job. I tried contacting him and DAVID DE WET both are not responding to my calls, emails, and text. I have got legal advice and have been assured I have a solid case. TUNGSTEN MAINTENACE did not fulfill their LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. I have now instructed SOLICITORS. (cowboys) jACK OF ALL TRADES! MASTERS OF NONE!!!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out on my home. The tiling on the ground floor, the laminate flooring upstairs, and the kitchen units were all completed to an exceptionally high standard. The attention to detail was outstanding, and everything was finished neatly and professionally. He was reliable, hardworking, and clearly takes great pride in his work.
