Tawfik’s team was very professional and very knowledgeable, they done a great work including helping me with the design and understanding the process required to complete a project at this size, he completed the electrical work tested it and also included great ideas with the LED lights that made A beautiful design at the end, he also recommended a lot of subcontractors in the area are very competitive in their price and practically manage the project with me from inception to completion.

Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.

I asked Prohaus to undertake a ground floor side return and rear extension as part of the refurbishment of my flat in Putney. I have used many builders before on development projects but was especially impressed with Naz and his team on this build. It was the first time I used them and won’t be the last. Naz was great to work with, the whole build went smoothly and he always had a positive attitude and solution to any unexpected issue. The build came in on time and budget which was very impressive in itself. All in all I would highly recommend him.

Quick service and very trustworthy. Handled large units of wardrobes with ease. The job was to make huge ikea wardrobes for 3 bedrooms which Mr Azhar built with diligence and precision. All the wardrobes look outstanding. They kept me informed about every little detail which was very important. we had an issue of returning a few units of the pax wardrobes because they were the wrong size but Mr Azhar managed it well and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend AK constructions for a job well done and impeccable customer service.

We recently had Phil install a new extractor fan in our kitchen and were very happy with the overall experience. At the beginning of the project we had a few hiccups with deliveries and had to reschedule the start date, but Phil was very flexible, accommodating, and easy to deal with throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish — he always kept us updated and arrived exactly when he said he would. The work itself was completed to a very high standard. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally expected, but Phil found practical solutions without causing delays or increasing the cost. Overall, the work was charged exactly as quoted, which we really appreciated. Everything described in the quotation was delivered, and in several areas Phil went above and beyond expectations. Vasyl arrived on time to quote for the job. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We agreed a date for the job and he arrived on time and got started immediately. He removed the old carpet and repaired the creaking stairs. He also tidied up as he went. On removing the carpet he was able to revise in my favour his original quote which I was obviously happy about. I am absolutely delighted with his workmanship which was neat and professional and have asked him to do additional jobs.
