Great work. Due to an epoxy resin fit, I needed Victor to cut the worktop precisely (down to the mm) he understood what I needed, and completed the work exactly how I wanted. Professional, friendly, and I will definitely use again.

Roy and the team did a great job. Roy was fair with his pricing compared to others who quoted me silly prices. Really pleased with how nice and clean it looks. They even went the extra mile on some bits, like building a wine rack from leftover materials. We have asked them to do some other bits for us as a result of such a good job. Would definitely recommend them!

I recently had my kitchen tiled and I’m extremely pleased with the work. He was punctual, reliable and very professional from start to finish. His knowledge of the trade really shows, and the quality of the finish speaks for itself. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just do the job — he also gave me valuable advice on a few other projects I was considering around the house. Fantastic work done by the team. A couple of days to quote, work completed in a week. All work done to a very high standard and kept the house clean and tidy at the end of the day. You should hire this team for any carpentry related work without batting an eyelid. This is a genuine review. I have already called upon them for further work at the property.

I wasn't impressed. I had to fix the sink after far too much plumber putty was put in meaning water wouldn't drain but puddle in the sink. Then the sink was leaking from the waste pipe as it hadn't been tightened at all and again a stupid amount of putty everywhere. The tap is loose and not tightened. One door has holes drilled into it which don't line up with the handle, which he didn't tell me he had done or asked if i wanted (which i had decided i didn't want the handles on) Then the toilet that he fitted for me too was put on top of the flooring instead of the tile being cut, which i think he was going to do as i have drawings on the floor. Again the seat wasn't put on properly either so when my daughter went to use it first she fell off. It too was leaking and when i messaged about it and sent the requested photo and video i didn't get a response, he saw them and ignored me. Took my partner chasing him to get him to come fix it. This has caused ceiling damage in my kitchen below where it has leaked between the floor boards and caused bubbling in the ceiling paint. So i'm left with more work that i now have to sort out. Sorry, it pains me to be so negative, your a lovely guy but i can't recommend you or leave positive feedback. I'm lucky to have family who can rectify the damage but other people who you do work for may not be as lucky.

Avoid these traders. They are amateurs and have caused me no end of pain with a small single storey front extension. I sacked them in the end as we just could tale anymore of their slap dash approach.

I can highly recommend Jakub for anything kitchen related, be it fitting new kitchens or replacing existing kitchens. Jakub’s work is fantastic and you will not be disappointed. His prices are very competitive with a clear breakdown of every element, his work is professional and he is a very trustworthy, friendly person. I hired Jakub to replace existing kitchen cabinets. The issue was that the kitchen was fully tiled and another fitter told me it would be impossible to take down and put up new cabinets without breaking some of the tiles. Jakub managed to complete the job without breaking a single tile, which was impressive as the tiles were a close fit to the old cabinets. He doesn’t normally work weekends, but because the cabinets were delivered on Friday afternoon, he made an exception and worked through the weekend, as he knew the cabinets lying around the house would be inconvenient. He worked from the minute the cabinets were delivered on Friday through the weekend and managed to finish the job by Sunday night - in half the time quoted by another fitter! He cleared up at every stage and completely after the job. His attention to the finer details of finishing the edges etc. were excellent. Jakub found brilliant solutions to problems that arose due to installing new cabinets which were not the same size as the old ones. He even improved the lighting in the kitchen, supplying us with a useful remote device to control the lighting I highly endorse his work!

At the outset, Harry and his partner are good people. However, the job was not completed to a professional standard. Grout has started coming off from between the tiles leaving gaps that water can pass through, the door hinge was not properly fitted leaving a door that will not close, the radiator pipe clips were not fitted, tile trims are not flush with rest of the wall, shelves were fitted on top of old broken wood. And the worst part is that Harry did not turn up even after confirming a date to come back and fix the missing parts. I paid him extra for all the additional jobs, even though certain items from the contract were not done ( for e.g. replacing the bathtub panel ). They have multiple jobs ongoing at the same time and struggles to stick to schedule. If you get them I would advise not paying everything upfront and making sure contract is signed only after it is made sure that they would stick to schedule. I struggled to get them to commit to a date and stick to it.
