William and his team did a great job of redecorating our 4 bed period property inside and out. William gave a detailed quote which enabled us to select or deselect some items and know the relevant cost. There were some minor snags that required extra plastering and repointing all handled with ease and no fuss. The communications were good and the team were hard working and courteous. I would not hesitate to use William again.

We hired Ikos construction to replace a kitchen in a tenanted flat. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. Christos and Vaggelis estimated it would take 2 weeks and they completed it within 13 days. They built the units off site which minimised the disruption. They kept the site clean and tidy at all times. While it was a small kitchen it was a full overhaul and everything needed to be stripped out and the walls needed repairs and replastering. They even raised the ceiling height to add more space. At all times they were quick to respond to my phonecalls or emails. They ensured the tenants were able to continue living in the flat, cross checking that everything was tidy and the power and water worked for them every evening. The kitchen they have built is excellent quality and they provided me with safety certificates for the gas and electrical work. Since the work was completed 4 months ago there has only been one snagging issue. They returned immediately and fixed it and didn't charge me anything. I am extremely happy with the work and will definitely use them in the future. High standard very reasonably priced and exactly as they quoted. Thank you.

Tiled kitchen floor unfortunately didn’t go to plan. However, I would give this company credit for trying they returned twice more to replace cracking grout. Floor should have been fully boarded prior to tiling and was only partially boarded. At more expense to us we have had to physically remove all tiles and had the floor fully boarded and re floored without any further issues. Despite issues raised Company given 3 stars because during the problems they were very supportive and they tried to rectify the issues.

Taras did an excellent job on our kitchen. He came round and took the time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted from our kitchen and how to make it work best for us. He then discussed suppliers and gave us an extremely competitive quote. Once booked, he showed up on time every single day and never let us down. He discussed any problems with us, working out the best way to fix any problems that arose. We were fully renovating our property and were living in temporary accommodation before Xmas- he worked flat out to complete the job so we could move in! We were so impressed that when we were let down by our bathroom fitter we booked him to that too and again he and his team worked hard to get the job done. Both rooms look absolutely fantastic. I would have no qualms about recommending him or booking him for future work.

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Each element was completed to a very high standard. On top of that, Vas was friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout.
