I hired Terence Dunleavy to remove my old kitchen, help select and design a new one, sort all the electrics, tilling and flooring i.e. a complete project. Terence was outstanding from sourcing all the materials at a great price recommending the best way forward and advising on layout and fit to performing the works in under a week to an outstanding standard and a great price. Marvellous, I couldn't be more happy and as he is multi skilled (see his website) will certainly be using again and highly recommend to all.

Its been a pleasure having Albi and his team build our extenstion. Excellent job done (we had a 32 sq m extension for a new kitchen/dining room and the build was seamless). Good workmanship and genuinely easy to interact with. Albi kept to the timelines, offered good suggestions and delivered excellently. Albi and his team are reliable and provided a competitive fair price. They would be here early (7.30 - 5) 6 days a week and were a genuine pleasure to deal with. They were neat (even covering our drive with mdf panels to protect it from rubble) and then pressure washing it clean at the end. Works included Foundations Construction work Skylights Roof structure and roofing Windows/Bi fold door Exterior render Insulation Woodwork - doors, architraves, skirting Plumbing Electrics Plastering Paint Flooring (wood & tile) Tiling Installing kitchen

Scott was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely friendly from the very start of discussing the job on the phone to the finishing of the job. He gave great advice about what needed to be done and was extremely helpful throughout the process. His craftsmanship was exception, I couldn’t be happier with the kitchen! He went above and beyond to ensure that the kitchen project was completed to a high quality and made sure that we were completely happy with it before finishing the job. Finding a good builder who is responsible & skilled and does what he says he will do is a bit like ‘Russian Roulette!’. After a bit of searching we found Ericas. To be quite honest, he has been the fastest, most efficient, cleanest and skilled builder that we have ever employed. He never wasted time, remained focused on the tasks to build a kitchen and do some additional odd job/ repairs. No job was too small for him. All the work he did was to a high standard, making sure things weren’t going to be loose and fall off after he left! He was totally professional, helpful and cleared up immaculately after the days work. We would highly recommend Ericas because he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. We wish him all the success in 2025!

After completing the initial job which I was happy with I have hired Flamur again for fitting new kitchen island. He was always on time, kept everything tidy and was very helpful. He has done few extra things which we haven’t agreed initially and hasn’t charged me for it. I highly recommend him.

Super happy with the job that Jignesh has done for us at home. I needed a wall to be insulated and the outer materials to be replaced as well as the decking to be readjusted, cleaned and painted once the job on the outer wall was finished. The job was extremely professionally and swiftly done. Jignesh provided a clear quote at a reasonable price and he did everything as per the discussed plan. As the job would take a few days to complete (as some materials needed to dry before continuing), Jignesh was calling and checking on this, so he could come back and complete the job. I loved the fact that I didn't have to be chasing him to get it finished as he was super proactive. The end product looks amazing by the way. I would and will hire him again without question for further jobs. I highly recommend him.
