I could not have made a better choice in choosing Dan to complete my works, he was not only a gentleman and a very nice guy but he took pride in the works that he was doing and that showed in the excellent job that he did. The work he did was stunning and the bedroom that he completed for me was far beyond anything I could have imagined. If you want a trades person that not only enjoys his work but takes care and pride in what he does, this is definitely the man for the job. Phil did a great job installing my dishwasher. He arrived later than planned, but let me know he would be late. He then got on with altering a kitchen cabinet and putting in new plumbing. He identified a problem with the kitchen waste pipe and went out of his way to fix it. The job required moving the washing machine and putting it back (to access the electrical socket) and he tested the washing machine and the dishwasher before he left to ensure that all was working properly. Phil tidied up everything after he finished. The job was well done and the dishwasher fits perfectly in its new home and the kitchen looks great. Phil was really friendly, helpful and professional and I would recommend him to others. I will certainly invite him to do other work for me. Thanks for doing a great job, Phil :)

TR Constructions did an extensive renovation (5 months) on our property. We selected them based on their comparatively low quote, and their quick availability. The team working on our house consisted of three people, with Thomas being our interface (and occasional translator), and Robert being an experienced builder. They have some connections to specialists who also sometimes did work (e.g. engineer). As we are busy people, we wanted to leave the job in good hands. Robert has a keen eye, and isn't afraid to make smart suggestions. The work is of good quality, and Robert takes pride in doing it right. Really helpful for those of us that are too busy to do significant DYI. Thomas was always available to discuss any issues or ideas. The work did come in somewhat over budget and somewhat late, but this is to be expected for a large project like ours. Partially because we kept asking them to do additional jobs. Excellent work, recommended to friends, will use for future construction!

James did an amazing job at fitting our kitchen, tiling our kitchen floor and the walls. Our floor was very uneven and it became more evident once the old floor was ripped out, James has done a great job at levelling it! He was very considerate and left the room tidy. James took his time to explain the order of which he will be doing things and provided some great advice on general DIY. I’m very happy that we chose James to undertake our project and we will definitely use him again in the future!

From looking at Ryan’s impressive portfolio I was happy to choose him to carry out the work by fitting my new bathroom. Upon arrival Ryan was punctual each day, very friendly and had demonstrated exceptional workmanship as promised, even going out his way to return certain items that were ordered wrong and then obtaining the right ones which was very helpful. Considering I was a novice, Ryan and his workmate had constantly kept me up to date with the progression and did a great job of explaining each step from start to finish even offering some great suggestions and alternatives along the way. Observing the progression of the new bathroom as it started to take shape and finally witnessing the final result, I realised the sheer level of passion and devotion that goes into Ryan’s work therefore I highly recommend Ryan Pykett to carry out your job as it will pay off in dividends.
