Darren is meticulous, neat and tidy. Not a combination you get with many plasterers, or tradespeople in general, but Darren is far more than a run of the mill tradesperson. He's an amicable and fascinating chap who takes great pride in his work. Always punctual, he's honest, prices fairly and works bloody hard to get the job done, even going a bit further than initially agreed to get the job done 'just right'. The plastering he's done is fantastic and he's coming back to help me with some other jobs on my tip to toe renovation. I couldn't be more pleased.

Chris was great- he installed a internal bi-fold unit which needed some considerable adjustment due to the measurements of the space it needed to go in- he took his time to understand the problem and work out a solution- the doors now works great and often get complimented by those who visit. Chris then helped fit a number of doors with handles in the property upon request- doing a great job in the process. Chris is a very tidy worker and is very good at communicating and being punctual. He was always very polite and was very careful to make sure he took care of the space he was working in at the property. He is also extremely reasonably price- would recommend him to anyone else- and will for sure contact him if I have any other jobs doing. Chris is a star!

Lee was amazing, my kitchen was fitted with all new doors, cupboards and end panels and fitted my worktop, hood, and all appliances. Such a professional job. Lovely guy, he even collected my worktop as the company I ordered it from missed the delivery! Have called him back recently to fit my tiles and splash back, (he even showed me how to change my toilet seat!) Definitely will be calling him again and recommending him to family and friends. Reasonable rates too.

Please be careful when hiring this person. We had agreed on a price and the day before starting the work, I had messaged to confirm with him the price and at that point, he had increased his price. I had showed him the text message confirming the price, however he was adamant with the increase. He didn't start the work so I wasn't left in a mess but from his reviews, it appears this has happened to another person.

James installed a minerva worktop and upstands for us in Hertfordshire, with a hob cut out, an undermount sink, and drainer grooves. He was also able to work around other tradesmen working on site. The worktop looks brilliant. His price was fair and he came across professional, friendly, and likeable. Would definitely recommend.

Steve and Theo were with us for nine days undertaking a full refurb of our kitchen and utility room. They were throughout professional, polite and courteous. We are highly satisfied with the end result. Steve and Theo turned up each day on time and worked full days clearing up each evening before they left. Steve knows his trades and we were fully consulted throughout. Steve overcame problems as they arose even dismantling and reassembling a corner unit (ordered by me) which would not go through the house doors! Cost was reasonable given the size of the job. Would not hesitate to recommend Teasdales Property Maintenance to family and friends.

Anton and his team refurbished my kitchen to an amazingly high standard. Even though the job took much longer to finish due to Howdens mistakes and extra jobs needed doing they were still very happy and friendly. They are all friendly, polite and clean tradesmen and I could not fault them. They are more than happy to go above and beyond what you want and you know you can trust them. Anton makes sure everything is completed to a high standard and that the work done is certified and safe. I highly recommend Anton and his team to complete any jobs and will hire them in the future if needed.

This builder has been consistently throughout this job; on-time, straightforward to work with, and overall excellent and easy to deal with. A truly remarkable and fabulous result.
