Super happy with the job that Jignesh has done for us at home. I needed a wall to be insulated and the outer materials to be replaced as well as the decking to be readjusted, cleaned and painted once the job on the outer wall was finished. The job was extremely professionally and swiftly done. Jignesh provided a clear quote at a reasonable price and he did everything as per the discussed plan. As the job would take a few days to complete (as some materials needed to dry before continuing), Jignesh was calling and checking on this, so he could come back and complete the job. I loved the fact that I didn't have to be chasing him to get it finished as he was super proactive. The end product looks amazing by the way. I would and will hire him again without question for further jobs. I highly recommend him.

Marius was very active and responsive before taking the job. We decided to install a different type of door in the end to avoid swapping the fridge and kitchen units. I also asked him to replace four doors on top of installing the kitchen one, Marius did an ok job. He made some mistakes, which I pointed out, some he fixed (the painting on the doors had some non-professional-looking drops which I had to ask to sand), some he didn't. For instance, he mounted a knob on the wrong side of the bi-fold door. When I asked him if he could come back to fix it, he ignored my message. He also painted the door with the knob already on, which means that once we reposition the knob we'll have to paint there again. He also asked to be paid on a daily basis *after* he started the job. When I asked why he gave an improbable explanation: "What if I'm sick tomorrow?". I never received such a bizarre request (and reason) before: payment is after the job is done unless, of course, we agree in advance for a different arrangement. Overall I'm not very happy and I would not hire him again.

Tom and his colleague Konrad were fantastic They came round 3 times prior to undertaking the work to discuss exactly what we wanted To achieve and meticulously planned it out. They were prompt on the delivery of the work and even came back twice after to ensure the painting was perfect. On top of this they are both absolutely top guys who were easy to get on with and very transparent regarding costs We’ve already booked additional work and would highly recommend these guys to friends and family. This guy is a hero. Careful, diligent, personable, methodical, skilful, fast, tidy, punctual, highly empathetic... with a very fair price. I was in a nightmare situation - the contractor I originally hired couldn't finish the job, we were already over-budget, stress levels were high, with barely a cabinet built. Asen walked in and took the stress away, his energy is what we needed. He explained the process and re-assured us that everything will get back on track - and it did, masterfully. We are hugely pleased with the outcome of our integrated kitchen. The kitchen was a tricky place - uneven walls and floors, old school pipes etc etc... nothing Asen couldn't handle. Even after a long day, his standards never dropped, clearly a person for whom pride in doing the best possible job comes first. Even when I messed up by getting the wrong door for the washing machine, he skilfully found a solution, keeping the stress levels and budget at bay. For his skills, attention to detail and personality, I highly recommend Asen.

It wasn’t an easy job, though might seem so on the description. The new kitchen units were not matching the old ones, many pipes along the wall, not enough material to fill the gaps, etc. But nothing was too hard or impossible for Danny. He is clearly very experienced craftsman with exceptional customer care skills. It was a real pleasure to deal with Danny and I don’t think this job could have been done any better. If you came across Danny’s profile on MyBuilder you don’t need to waste you time to look any further.

Florin extended and completely refurbished our 4-bedroom semi-detached house. This included extensive steelwork, underfloor heating, complete re-plumbing and rewiring, excavation, and an entirely new slate roof as well as varying extensions up to three floors high. I cannot say enough good things about his workmanship, professionalism and reliability. His workmanship makes a perfectionist like myself happy. He is also completely professional: even with our difficult neighbours he was always courteous and understanding, and even helped them sort out issues at a moment’s notice that had nothing to do with his building work on our property. And he is also thoroughly reliable. I cannot think of any instance where he committed to something and did not deliver — he even managed to finish all the work on our house ahead of schedule and on budget. We have been so happy with his work that we contracted him to build us a summer house as well, from scratch, and to complete revamping our front garden including elements of hard landscaping. Again he delivered flawlessly and we are very happy with the result. We also continually receive positive comments from people passing by and just seeing the front garden. We have used several other builders in the past on other properties, including far more expensive ones, and none compare to his level of competence, attention to detail in his workmanship, his complete professionalism and thorough reliability. Now that we have found Florin, we will never look for another builder again. I just hope once others experience what he delivers for themselves he will still have some availability for us in the future!
