William did an excellent job It was quite a challenging task and several other joiners said it was too difficult to undertake. It is a 20 year old, bespoke two storey hardwood bay with laminated glass. The main vertical columns and the cills had rotted so the task was to replace the rotten sections with new. If this wasn't challenging enough, there was the matter of the glazing which I was expecting would blow. William and his colleague Chris turned up on a day when the rain didn't stop so it was far from ideal working environment. They very carefully removed the glass, replaced the sections and the glass and stained it to match existing. I think this needed both skill and care and am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend them both.

Calin was really professional and the cost was affordable. The cabins and worktop was not a fitted kitchen, everything was bought separately according to our likes and was set and assembled by Calin. The plumbing work was done by one of his friends and that was completed to very high standards. The assembling of all the units and panels were perfect and is of high level of perfection. Once the old kitchen unit was removed there was a high level of leakage to the wall and surrounding area from faulty drain from washing machine and needed replastering which was done by the worker even though this was not expected when he had accepted the job. The old flooring was removed and new panels fixed. To complete the work on the earlier fixed date he was ready to work extra hours. On completion of his work he cleaned up all the mess and using the old cabinets he even made a set of cabins that could be used outside the kitchen. On the whole Calin was very honest, dedicated and showed real professionalism in his work.

Phil did a great job installing my dishwasher. He arrived later than planned, but let me know he would be late. He then got on with altering a kitchen cabinet and putting in new plumbing. He identified a problem with the kitchen waste pipe and went out of his way to fix it. The job required moving the washing machine and putting it back (to access the electrical socket) and he tested the washing machine and the dishwasher before he left to ensure that all was working properly. Phil tidied up everything after he finished. The job was well done and the dishwasher fits perfectly in its new home and the kitchen looks great. Phil was really friendly, helpful and professional and I would recommend him to others. I will certainly invite him to do other work for me. Thanks for doing a great job, Phil :)

Positive: Gintaras and his team work very hard and perform the work to a good standard. Our house looks good and we are pleased with overall result. When he was at our house he was friendly,respectful and very reliable. He was also keen to do some additional work at no extra cost, e.g. Put up shelves and TV bracket and I greatly appreciated this. Less positive: I would recommend to Gintaras that he over estimates the time to finish the job to take into account late deliveries from the kitchen supplier and to not book the next job to start immediately after his original estimate. We also had some concerns at the end of the job and I feel Gintaras could have considered our point of view better instead of being defensive. I would also recommend to him that if he offers to do additional work at no extra cost he needs to be honest when he feels he has done too much rather than getting annoyed about it at the end of the job. Overall Our issues at the end were a shame as this review would have definitely been positive otherwise and almost until the last day I was going to offer him more work and recommend him to family and friends. I would still recommend him as I think he is essentially a nice guy who works hard and to a good standard. I just believe he should understand that customers pay a lot of money and are entitled to raise their concerns at the end of a job.

Lukasz and Szymon recently completed a significant kitchen refurbishment in our house, which included the repositioning of drywall and a new downstairs loo. We found the quality of their work to be excellent. We were particularly pleased that they were able to carry out all the tasks themselves, including plumbing and electrics, which made the process much easier. They clearly take pride in their work and took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
