Really happy with the work completed by Kras. He was very efficient and came round to view the job, given quotes for work and materials and started the work within 2 days. His work is outstanding and completed the work within 2 days. Really professional, punctual, reasonable pricing near and tidy and most of all the work is of really high standard. I would recommend him any day for any Carpentry, kitchen and flooring jobs.

I had a terrible experience with Terziu Construction on my kitchen renovation: ∙ Kitchen tiles are failing after less than 6 months - cracking and coming off ∙ Washed tools in my bathtub causing plumbing blockage ∙ Left the job site messy ∙ Took the excess floor tiles when he left, despite me paying for all materials ∙ Very argumentative and refused to listen to instructions throughout the project The work quality was unacceptable and his conduct was unprofessional. I now have to pay to redo the tiles. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

He really took the time to make several recommendations and so I decided to go ahead with him to design my kitchen fully and fit it. Nesha was brilliant from start to finish. He was excellent at communicating before the job and was entirely professional and hard working throughout, not to mention his quote was very reasonable. Vijay was professional and accommodating. He worked around our schedules view the job in order to give an accurate quote. With his background in design he has an excellent eye for detail and finished the job to a high standard. He was creative in finding solutions to our awkward job and didn't mind tinkering until he (and we) we completely happy with the result. Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

In short, Les provided a super-efficient and spot-on service. We found him to be straightforward and his rates were very good. We will, no doubt, use Les for some larger projects which we will have scheduled for later this year.
