Before we hired Slav and Bogdan to refit our kitchen, we were able to view some of their previous work and were very impressed with the results. The price was competitive and additional work required was fairly costed. The job was completed on time thanks to their hard work, despite some severe issues from the company supplying the kitchen. The finish is fantastic and we are really happy with the results. During the build they were reliable, kept the house clean and tidy and gave updates and advice whenever asked for or required. I would recommend Slav and Bogdan to anyone looking and would hire them again.

After a few disappointing experiences with tradespeople recently, working with Max was genuinely a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, he was reliable, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. The kitchen has been fitted beautifully and to a very high standard. Every tradesperson who has seen it since has commented on how good the installation looks. What I particularly appreciated was that whenever a decision needed to be made, Max took the time to explain the options and make sensible recommendations. As someone who isn’t a kitchen fitter, that guidance was invaluable. I always felt involved in decisions while benefiting from his experience and expertise. Communication was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made what could have been a stressful project feel straightforward. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and are already hoping to have Max back for further carpentry work.

Alex and his team are the best builders my family has worked with (we’ve been through a lot!). I’ve just brought my first flat and it was a complete mess, however it’s so lovely now that Alex and his family have basically fixed everything (from fitting the entire bathroom, kitchen and re-plastering all the ceilings, to re-painting the doors and putting them on the hinges!). These guys are great, hard-working, reliable and honest! They helped with deliveries when I was at work, as well as helped my dad and I carry my kitchen up 2 flights of stairs. Most importantly, Alex wasn’t only my builder but literally would provide this view and expertise on each room, which was really needed as a first time buyer (or generally anyone who hasn’t a clue about DIY)! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get work done - they are professional and the outcome is brilliant!!!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT JOB, ANTONI and the team! 🙏 Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and getting excited to have your job done! We had a double garages conversion started in July 2021, however, the previous builder Razvan, left it unfinished, because he wanted more money in the middle of the job, so he stopped the conversion and left a messy building site. ( please make sure you sign a contract with a finishing date..) ours work has lasted 4 months instead of two weeks. :(…. It had costed us Christmas, not expected expenses, horrible experience! Then we found Antoni through my builders.com. :) PATIENT AND WELL PLANNED AHEAD 👍 They were so patient to tackle each problem which left by Razvan and fixed it in a nicer and safer way. Eg. The bathroom tray gap is 1230 mm instead of 1200 mm. There is no such size of tray in the market , but Antoni fixed the problem and did an excellent job. RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL ⏰ The biggest problems with my previous builder, not TURNING up with all kinds of excuses. Antoni and his team turned up every morning before 8am, two weeks , they never been late. Actually they arrived just after 7.30 am and patiently waited for me to open our garden gate. REASONABLE QUOTE 📝AND FINISHED ON TIME ⌛️ We had three quotes before hiring Antoni, his quote is very reasonable, not the cheapest, but we appreciated that he foresaw the problems and came out with solutions and charged it accordingly. We are beyond shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour. Initially, he acted professional and trustworthy, but he turned out to be exactly the opposite. On the 8th of July, he promised "3-5 working days" instead he pulled us along for two months of unbearable stress and waste of time because he kept on taking other jobs instead of doing ours. He wasted all of July as we had to meet him four times to finalize the design that he kept on rejecting until we agreed on the easiest option for him. He dragged out removing tiles and levelling 10 steps all of August, working 6 hours in total and leaving a job that is so appalling that it needs to be completely redone. He postponed the tiles' order for a month despite assuring us all August that he had done it in July; after numerous complaints, he sent the tiles' invoice, dated 31st of August. He gave us dozens of appointments but never came nor had the decency to cancel, despite dozens of calls, emails and texts, causing significant disruptions and loss to our life and work commitments. We asked him to reimburse the cost of the tiles and materials he didn't provide and for the work he didn't do, but he ignored our emails. We have removed him from the job and are reporting him to the relevant authorities.

I chose Fayn as it provides detailed breakdown on a written quote, similar way of quote for large construction project. I hire it to do two two jobs - #1 repair previous flush light damage; #2 repair painting hook holes. I am happy with the job #1 but job #2 could have done better. For job #1, he has kept the place clean and tidy, ceiling area near flush light becomes smooth and nice. He is polite. For job #2, I was hoping to hide the tiny painting hook holes but they end up enlarged marks on wall. I must say the paint color I got isn’t quite matching, also a matter of new and old paint. I would appreciate him letting know me the color isn’t right after applying to the first hook instead applying to all, as well as using a smaller brush for tiny holes. He helps finding solutions by mixing paint. But every touch up just extends the area, so I had to tell him to start small for testing. He tried hard to make the mark less obvious.

For a number of reasons, Reinaldo is without doubt the best tradesman I have come across, After having Cowboy Builders ruin my brand new doors. The quality of his work was faultless, he was prompt, always on time and very efficient, his work and work area was always left clean and tidy, and his communication skills, with regards to problem solving and making sure that the work he was carrying out was to my requirements, was excellent. I gave Reinaldo a number of jobs to do over a few separate visits and was not let down once. I cannot recommend Reinaldo highly enough and will be using him again for any future carpentry & joinery works. Reinaldo is not a carpenter however a magician as he can spell his Magic on any given work with a smile.Thanks again ,Reinaldo great work!
