Tony Jones has completed a lot of work for me, over the years ie Brick Walls, Decking (rather a lot of it ), fencing, roofing, painting/decorating. flooring, building cupboards, new ceilings, tiling, and even built me a Chicken Coop. I have found him to be totally reliable with everything, if he says he will be there at a given time, then he will be, he has never added anything to the cost quoted. He has completed everything he has ever done to a high standard. Until I met Tony Jones I was constantly being let down by other builders. I will now never use anyone else other than Tony Jones. ps He drinks alot of tea ...

Ian was a pleasure to work with. Professional and very suppportive. He worked on a total revamp of my rental property after a tenant moved out and left it in a poor condition. From day one I felt in good hands as Ian was able to give great advice in dealing with past botched repairs. I left him a set of keys and he regularly kept me up to date in his progress with photos too. I live 80 miles from the property so knowing I could leave it with Ian to project manage and deal with problems was invaluable. The finished renovation is stunning. I would definitely recommend him to others. In fact I already have. Well done Ian and thank you.

Unprofessional attitude, and Jon in particular is very rude. Lots of mistakes made throughout the whole kitchen refit. No attention to detail and awful finish to the work. The whole kitchen needed removing from the walls and refitting as they hadn't lined up the the top units with the base units correctly. Turned up sporadically to do the work, therefore leaving us without a usable kitchen for 3 months. Overall a very upsetting and stressful experience dealing with Castle. I have since had another company in to rectify some of Castle's work who have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and take pride in a professional finish and quality of work, I just wish I had used them from the start rather than Castle.
