We are really happy with the fitted kitchen that Esmail and his team installed for us. His workmanship and attention to deatil is exemplary. When problems arose he came up with solutions without a fuss and made suggestions that improved the layout and the look of the kitchen. He is contactable and flexible and a pleasure to have working in the house. We would definitely hire again. Thank you.

Fitim was thoroughly professional and courteous throughout the kitchen fitting process. He supported me to measure, select resources and arrange delivery. He put up with several delays to deliveries, and other inconveniences. He advised me about each step and notified me about progress every day. Fitim worked collaboratively with the other trade professional in the house (the plumber) and so everything was done seamlessly. My kitchen was finished within the timescale indicated and it looks superb.

I had originally intended for Jimmy and his brother to quote for a refresh of our kitchen, replacing some yellowing panels. We then also asked them to quote for lifting floorboards. It turns out this was more complicated than I anticipated with pipes laid over the joists and the floorboards partially cutaway. Fortunately the brothers are multidisciplinary and managed to reroute the pipes, replace broken floorboards, level the floor, replace the entire loft floor, as well as fitting new panels in the kitchen. I appreciated Jimmy’s and his brother’s advice and suggestions and their attention to detail, and intend hiring them for future jobs shortly.

Cannot fault the work Tony undertook. Completed on time, finished to a very high standard, kept informed (we were away on holiday whilst work was being done). So pleased with the result, my daughter's room is what was the kitchen and looks beautiful. New kitchen fitted with new floor tiles and looks fantastic, boiler was moved etc. Can't recommend Tony enough and I will definitely use Marsdens again.

Hakan is a brilliant kitchen fitter! I had visits and quotes from 5 different fitters on mybuilder. However, Hakan impressed me with his insightful questions and ideas for the fitting on his very first visit. It was a no-brainer selecting him for the job. This was proved time and again on the actual job, as the kitchen being a small one, and the walls none to straight, a lot of creative thinking was needed to get a good fit and Hakan did it all. He also did all the plumbing, rearranging them to the least obtrusive level. Finally, Hakan installed all our appliances, the integrated ones as well as the freestanding ones and ensured they were all well set up for future access if needed. We are very pleased with Hakan's superb workmanship and recommend him wholeheartedly for your job.

Overall experience absolute stress!!! First impression decent tradesmen and fair price but the following happened 1. Turned up 1hour late 2. Parking issues(I ended up paying as delaying job starting) 3. Didnt seem like he had done a Ikea PAX wardrobe(didn’t understand sliding door mechanism even though I provided code for my order so he can check) 4. Complained about paint smell (confusing I have been living in property for 1 month with husband & child no issues) 5. Left job after 2.5hrs incomplete because of paint smell, and asked for 1/2 agreed payment upfront & return another day to finish) my husband confirms he had another job but gave this excuse but I paid in good faith. 6. Messaged me to state that I mis informed him of the size of the wardrobe and the job would require more money( laughable as I gave him the Pax wardrobe code to see all info regarding this. 7. Confirmed he wanted additional £70 to finish the job and compared himself to what Ikea would charge. I would of went to Ikea if i wanted to spend a arm and a leg Daniel don’t price a job if you have not fully researched what is needed especially when the customer provided you with codes to check wardrobe. And especially don’t think it’s acceptable to change a price because of your own oversight and leave a job 1/2 done because of paint smell. Next time wear a mask if you have such a sensitive sense of smell, this was the most inconvenience and waste of time & money with this tradesmen

I am trained as a SMSTS for almost 15 years, temporary coordinator, PASMA, first aider, working at hight etc. I have worked on different project with big and small Fromm £ k to £1 million runing day to day project with all tasks risks, method of works and all work regulations. Reding all different drawings and applying this on site. I also worked on tools like a carpenter, rsj installer, ground work like underpinning, slabs, first and second fix all sort of carpentry and handy man.
