refurb of rental property - full house. Vovo was on time and a good builder to deal with. very reasonably priced and the work based on the price paid was great value. I will use his services again. Timely and very reasonable to deal with, genuinely didnt seem out to squeeze every penny he can get.

Anton and his team refurbished my kitchen to an amazingly high standard. Even though the job took much longer to finish due to Howdens mistakes and extra jobs needed doing they were still very happy and friendly. They are all friendly, polite and clean tradesmen and I could not fault them. They are more than happy to go above and beyond what you want and you know you can trust them. Anton makes sure everything is completed to a high standard and that the work done is certified and safe. I highly recommend Anton and his team to complete any jobs and will hire them in the future if needed.

Vadim and his team, have painted the whole house including 4 bedrooms, hallway and 2 reception rooms. Also the kitchen. Very good workmanship. Very honest, and could leave them alone in the house. Tidied up after themselves, and genuinely nice people. I would recommend them, and will get them back to do my wooden floors.

Theo arrived at the time he said he would. He was very friendly, very patient with me , because the extractor that was delivered was broken and he waited patiently when I had to go and buy another one. He fitted it perfectly. I recommend him

Side Return Rear Extension We couldn't have been happier with Theo and the Buildas team. Their approach in general as well as their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing from moment they first came round to price things up. They arrived early and worked late everyday and managed to get things dome at a fantastic rate. We are really happy with the finished product, especially as derived on time and on budget, even with a few additional tasks thrown in while they were here. Riley installed a washing machine and rectified a problem with the waste pipe. He also installed our fridge/freezer connecting it to mains water, adding a water softener, explaining why he had done this. He fixed the leaking sink taps too. We found Riley to be friendly and professional. He arrived on time and left the kitchen clean and tidy. He was competitively priced, having got a couple of quotes from other plumbers. We would not hesitate to recommend Riley to family and friends.

I had a number of jobs which needed to be done around the house, from hanging up mirrors to sanding down bathroom windows and doors and painting over. Marek provided a detailed quote clearly detailing what would be done and where potentially there could be additional charges if issues were identified. Marek and his business partner (Irek) completed the work in the time indicated, within the original quote and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work done and would hire them again.

Marius was very active and responsive before taking the job. We decided to install a different type of door in the end to avoid swapping the fridge and kitchen units. I also asked him to replace four doors on top of installing the kitchen one, Marius did an ok job. He made some mistakes, which I pointed out, some he fixed (the painting on the doors had some non-professional-looking drops which I had to ask to sand), some he didn't. For instance, he mounted a knob on the wrong side of the bi-fold door. When I asked him if he could come back to fix it, he ignored my message. He also painted the door with the knob already on, which means that once we reposition the knob we'll have to paint there again. He also asked to be paid on a daily basis *after* he started the job. When I asked why he gave an improbable explanation: "What if I'm sick tomorrow?". I never received such a bizarre request (and reason) before: payment is after the job is done unless, of course, we agree in advance for a different arrangement. Overall I'm not very happy and I would not hire him again.

Chris was great- he installed a internal bi-fold unit which needed some considerable adjustment due to the measurements of the space it needed to go in- he took his time to understand the problem and work out a solution- the doors now works great and often get complimented by those who visit. Chris then helped fit a number of doors with handles in the property upon request- doing a great job in the process. Chris is a very tidy worker and is very good at communicating and being punctual. He was always very polite and was very careful to make sure he took care of the space he was working in at the property. He is also extremely reasonably price- would recommend him to anyone else- and will for sure contact him if I have any other jobs doing. Chris is a star!
