Mr Nicolae is the best carpenter/ kitchen fitter I have ever known. He is punctual, quotes are not over-priced, very humble , polite and pleasure to have wonderful work ✔️ done ( kitchen fitting and under the stairs storage) He is prompt in responding calls and texts, punctual and left the place very tidy after the work. Very happy and satisfied customer here, in fact the whole family love the new bathroom. We thought long and hard over who to choose for the job as we appreciate the amount of works a fully specified bathroom fit-out takes. You also never know what challenges await once a full strip out of all walls, ceilings and floors is undertaken. Craig Smith was a delight to deal with when it came to helping us chose the specification, even bringing in a tile specialist so that we could be best informed over our choices. As a family we lead busy lives, so we kind of relied on Craig to understand our requirements and offer up the best relative products to suit our needs and am glad to report he did just that. Saved a lot of time when it came to choosing all the finishes like paint colours, fixtures & fittings, tiles, lighting, etc... All staff who played a part in the project were directly employed by Craig R Smith Ltd (electricians, carpenters, tilers, etc...) and were all very conscientious, very clean, polite and best of all - skilled! Cost wise, CRS ltd were competitive, but also relative to the specification that we chose, and am pleased to say that the only cost variations were due to design changes of our own (which Craig always accommodated without question or complaint) Overall, we can't recommend Craig highly enough - do your diligence and at least book an appointment with them. CRS have our permission to share any photos of our lovely bathroom.
