Step by step approach with impressive attention to detail. Creative in finding solutions to unexpected problems that arose. After being left with a poor-quality kitchen renovation and a damaged compact laminate worktop we realised that we had to find someone else to put things right. Having tried various avenues, which came to nought, we put out a request via MyBuilder. Nick & Vlad responded and were the only ones who asked to come and view prior to quoting. Fixing other’s mistakes is never easy or desirable but they accepted the task and have truly saved the day. Not only did they correct the original issues, but other problems were uncovered that were also resolved - and all at what we believe was a very fair and reasonable cost. The sterling qualities of thoughtfulness, calmness, consideration, attention to detail, problem solving, guidance, communication, daily updates and skilled workmanship have turned our despair into joy. We are profoundly grateful that they responded to our job request, and only wish we had known of them from the start. Words are inadequate to express our appreciation.

Finding a good builder who is responsible & skilled and does what he says he will do is a bit like ‘Russian Roulette!’. After a bit of searching we found Ericas. To be quite honest, he has been the fastest, most efficient, cleanest and skilled builder that we have ever employed. He never wasted time, remained focused on the tasks to build a kitchen and do some additional odd job/ repairs. No job was too small for him. All the work he did was to a high standard, making sure things weren’t going to be loose and fall off after he left! He was totally professional, helpful and cleared up immaculately after the days work. We would highly recommend Ericas because he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. We wish him all the success in 2025!

Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.

After completing the initial job which I was happy with I have hired Flamur again for fitting new kitchen island. He was always on time, kept everything tidy and was very helpful. He has done few extra things which we haven’t agreed initially and hasn’t charged me for it. I highly recommend him.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.
