Very good worker and did all work to a great standard at a good price I had cooker exstractor fitted he also tiled arround the exstractor he changed 6 wall lights a chandelier and various switches did a great job would def recommend and will use his services again

Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

What can I say about Thomasz. Great guy. Fantastic work from start to finish. My old builder had left my Kitchen in a mess, Thomasz came and completed all work that needed to be done with efficiency. His workmen are great and understood exactly what I needed done. I would 100% recommend Thomasz. Mickey & his colleague Mark did a bathroom renovation for me two years ago and have now done a fantastic job with both Kitchen and the small room. They had to manage a host of issues that come with a flat that is 110 years old (non symmetrical spaces, wonky walls and door frames, layers upon layers of old DIY) and installed a nice new contemporary kitchen. They were polite, courteous, on time every day and made sure they cleaned up and tidied up whenever they left the house. They had the keys to my house and i trusted them to make the necessary design choices whilst trying to achieve the overall design requirement i had set out for them. On top of that they were very communicative and always consulted me for any decision that could have an impact on the project (design, cost or time line) before they went ahead and done anything. Their attention to detail has resulted in a fantastic new kitchen that has been done to a very high spec. for what was one of the most competitive quotes (out of 5). Overall extremely pleased, would recommend them as well as hire them again.
