Lukasz did a great job on the bathroom and I asked him to do a few other jobs for me. He became exceptionally busy and I was not able to get him for a few other jobs I needed to get done. I would definitely hire Lukasz again if he had time.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

Absolutely terrible experience & poor workmanship The only thing that this guys was worried about it’s the money , 0 f….k given about the quality. He build 2.5m tall sliding doors on 12mm mdf board & when I warned him that this door it’s not ok like this , it will bend over quickly, he’s reply was : no once it’s painted it will get stronger. What a joke what a cowboy. Now the doors on the other wardrobes are bend over & I’ve been trying to get this sorted asap, by trying to get this sorted , but this guy seems like has no intention to get back to me. I’ve given him time until the end of the week , If he don’t get back to me , I ll be left with no choice by take legal actions Be careful before you decide to work with this guy , I’m not saying that they’re not good , but I wouldn’t recommend.

Endrit and his team were total professionals and did a fantastic job. His first viewing of the house resulted in a thorough and clear quote, picking up on issues for us. He painted whilst we were on holiday and kept us in the loop the whole time. The end product is brilliant, with attention to detail fixing other elements of the house as they went. We even arrived early home without telling Endrit who came round on a Sunday (!) to finish the job and finish the clean up without us asking him to Would recommend, excellent job, attention to detail and well priced.

Boris and his partner were very good at their jobs. I bought an Ikea kitchen which they fitted in efficiently. Even when there were some complications such as needing to cut into a wall to fit a pipe, they resolved them and stayed within the time frame given in the beginning. Overall very happy with the service, not so much with ikea. You probably wont regret hiring these guys.

Tudor did a great job on our kitchen. He kept us informed on progress all the way through the job allowing time in the morning for questions and then getting on with the work during the day. At the end of each day he showed us and spoke with us about the excellent progress he had made. Very pleased with our lovely new kitchen which is clean, bright and spacious.

Catalin has now completely renovated both my bathroom and kitchen and I could not recommend him more highly. After hiring him for our bathroom and seeing the finished results, there was no one else I would have used for our kitchen. He is honest, kind, polite and professional, and his work is always finished to the highest standard. He and his team take great pride in their work, and it shows in the results. I have studied carpentry and joinery and hold a city and guild certificates for three different levels. I am trained as a SMSTS for almost 15 years, temporary coordinator, PASMA, first aider, working at hight etc. I have worked on different project with big and small Fromm £ k to £1 million runing day to day project with all tasks risks, method of works and all work regulations. Reding all different drawings and applying this on site. I also worked on tools like a carpenter, rsj installer, ground work like underpinning, slabs, first and second fix all sort of carpentry and handy man. Partiion, door installation, roof work, roof dormers, lofts, kitchen installation,floor installation, skirting etc. I have an humongous knowledge and experience on most of building work on general, Any work is good for me big or small.
