From start to finish, he was reliable, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. The kitchen has been fitted beautifully and to a very high standard. Every tradesperson who has seen it since has commented on how good the installation looks. What I particularly appreciated was that whenever a decision needed to be made, Max took the time to explain the options and make sensible recommendations. As someone who isn’t a kitchen fitter, that guidance was invaluable. I always felt involved in decisions while benefiting from his experience and expertise. Communication was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made what could have been a stressful project feel straightforward.
