“Dom Muncaster has done an exceptional job on our lounge transformation. There was significant structural work, including the complete removal of a chimney breast from rooftop to base & taking out two wall goalposts to open up the space. Dom also completed a dramatic extension of our old uPVC patio door, which Dom replaced with three stunning new sliding black aluminium doors that he sourced. The difference is remarkable & the room feels twice the size & flooded with natural light. What truly set Dom apart was his friendly, collaborative approach & calm, communication style. He kept us informed every step of the way & genuinely listened to us. He & his team demonstrated incredible work ethics, arriving promptly & working efficiently throughout each day. “I would highly recommend Nick. He turned up exactly when they said they would on every visit and carried out all the work to a high standard. The job involved removing a load-bearing wall and widening two existing openings, which required new steel beams to be installed. Everything was completed professionally, and successfully obtained Building Control approval for the work. Reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the whole project. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
