“Our traffic door lock suddenly jammed and wouldn’t lock and occurred as I was going to bed. Posted the job that same night and got an instant response from Morgan. He arrived in an hour, which was good for us. He explained the problem and although he didn’t have the part, he secured the door temporarily. Morgan came back the following day and fixed the door, putting everything together exactly as before. The door and lock are operating perfectly now. Morgan is a very pleasant and polite young man and extremely thorough. He is also upfront and reasonable in terms of his quotes, compared to others to hide their prices and hit you with higher quotes. I would highly recommend his services. Whilst he was here, he also took a look at our UPVC front door, with its temperamental lock. He adjusted the door and replaced the ‘gears’ for a small additional cost, which was also very reasonable. Overall, we’re very happy with the work carried out. ”
