“Shaun (the owner) came promptly for a site visit and explained very clearly the solution and sent a detailed quote 24 hours later. The quote was the best from a local professional builder who provided a formal contract and company documents and inspire total confidence.The job was about taking down the garden wall pushed over by several big trees cut but with stumps left in place and with a very big tree at the distant end of the wall. We mutually agreed the starting date which we kept flexible to account for weather changes. Shaun and his team did an excellent job on taking down the old wall, dealing with the very large tree stumps, dealing with a challenging issues around a big tree and building the new wall with pillars and caps. They removed all the rubbish and washed the pavement a very tidy job. .As promised Shaun came back two weeks after and mounted back the wood panels. He is a very good manager for the team and they were all very respectful. Very pleased, would hire again. ”
