“James and his colleague turned up on time and were very friendly and explained how things were going to go. He also explained he couldn’t attend on the Thursday or Friday due to be booked to finish a job but would return on the Saturday which they did. The work they did was generally very good but we found after that the garden area wasn’t really tidy as it was when they started with bits of fence chipping in the grass, and brick dust over the walls. We did have a discussion before hand about the wall brackets sticking out, and especially as our grandson is special need would be dangerous but still there are some sticking out, one because the nail holding the board has been put behind the metal bracket so no way will that pull in and be flat. Overall I would recommend then but would check everything is as you want before they leave the site”
