Within hours of his visit he had sent a written quotation via email detailing different options, that I happily accepted. I had looked at pictures of completed work and the numerous positive reviews that their customers have left on various platforms. The works have now been completed and I am delighted with the outcome. Richard and his colleague made an excellent job of insulating my attic and laying the floor. From first looking at the job I appreciated his advice on how best to do it. Throughout the process I was kept informed about times, materials and how the job was progressing. Richard and his colleague were also very polite and courteous. He was punctual and he turned up when he said he would even though traffic was horrendous. Lawrence and his employee were quick and clean and did a good job.
