My names sam from SB construction im 24 years old and im currently going private. I have been in the construction industry for 4 years. My work consists of -Carpentry and joinery ie. And a whole lot more I can typically travel anyway up to like 30-50 miles away. As im starting out any work is appreciated to increase my portfolio. If we do business together i will always work with you (the owner) to get the best possible price for you and work around that. My labour costs can change due to the job and other various reasons.

I’m a roofer that’s been in the trade for several decades. I do all types of roofing whether it be traditional tile/slate roofs or flat roofing.
