I am a fit out contractor with 35 yrs experience and have completed projects in the following sectors: Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Maritime and domestic. We are also registered with NAPIT under the Competent Persons Scheme for cavity wall insulation & will notify your local authority of the cavity wall insulation works & issue a Certificate of Compliance conforming to Building Regulations. Apart from Passivhaus construction and a hand full of developers specialising in energy efficient construction, there appears to be limited understanding of what air tightness actually is, how to achieve it and its importance. Air leakage can account for up to half of the energy consumed for heating purposes. By insulating you home correctly can eradicate these issues
