Sean came and quoted for the job. His price was comparable to others and he claimed he is experienced. He was given the contract and I made payment as he requested. Then he didn't show up for the work for two weeks. I contacted him and said his workers will come. After two weeks, his workers came and refused to install the battery at the loft as agreed with Sean. I called Sean but he said his workers are experienced and sould put it at the best place in property. Then his workers installed it at my conservatory and did a messy work. I called Sean but he claimed he was sick and refused to attend to me. When i called again and asked him to send the workers to remove the equipment and put the agreed equipment. He refused. He insulted my wife and I. The agreement was for Sean to install a solar panel with battery and an myenergi zappi charger but he installed a project ev charger which is not compatible with our system. We have asked him to remove it but he refused to date.
